Omakase translates to "I leave it up to you"—a sacred trust between chef and guest. At Kuro, this trust becomes a journey through Japan's seasons, each course a meditation on simplicity and perfection.
We source daily from Tokyo's Toyosu Market, selecting only the finest fish and seafood. Every piece of nigiri is crafted at the precise moment it should be enjoyed, warmed by the chef's hands, seasoned with a house-made nikiri sauce.
Our omakase experience is intimate by design. Only eight seats at the counter allow for a direct connection with the chef, where each course tells a story of tradition, technique, and the day's best ingredients.
